Overview

The Senior Recruiter at US Tech Solutions is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of professional recruiting for the Investment Banking & Capital Markets teams. This role involves developing strategic recruiting plans, engaging with candidates, and advising hiring managers based on market insights. With a focus on proactive communication and relationship management, the Senior Recruiter plays a key role in meeting hiring goals and influencing talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including search strategy, sourcing, and offer negotiation
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leaders and HR partners
  • Ensure proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assess candidates and provide informed hiring recommendations
  • Develop targeted recruiting plans through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with Compensation Managers and Legal to manage offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate with Talent Acquisition peers
  • Stay current on recruiting best practices and business strategies
  • Influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights

Required skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Experience in investment banking and/or capital markets preferred
  • Strategic Consulting expertise
  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting expertise
  • Candidate Assessment skills
  • Relationship Management skills
  • Market Research capability
  • Project Management ability for multiple searches
  • Strong communication and influence skills
