Job Description

Overview

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead implementation strategies and drive execution with a strong emphasis on capacity management. This role requires balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution while managing client-facing implementation projects and ensuring alignment between client demand and product readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the implementation capacity strategy aligned with business growth and product roadmap.
  • Develop forecasting models that translate client demand into delivery capacity plans.
  • Partner with leadership to shape onboarding models and prioritization frameworks.
  • Establish governance structures and decision criteria for managing demand vs capacity.
  • Identify systemic delivery risks and drive long-term mitigation strategies.
  • Own execution of cross-functional implementation projects from intake through stabilization.
  • Monitor capacity utilization, throughput, backlog health, and delivery velocity.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Lead regular execution reviews and stakeholder communications.
  • Define and track KPIs related to implementation and capacity management.

Required skills

  • 8 years of experience in Project Management or Implementation leadership roles.
  • Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and delivery governance.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication skills for executive updates and client discussions.
  • Experience in enterprise high-volume environments, such as payments, fintech, or telecom.
  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Preferred: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with complex system integrations or regulated platforms.
