What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement.What your day-to-day will look like:Delivering exceptional project management servicesManaging and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successEnsuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsProviding leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excelBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectivesChampioning JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belongingRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryProven record of managing multiple large projects simultaneouslyExperience working in the South Bay AreaProven record of presenting to executive stakeholdersProven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications:Master's degree in a related fieldExperience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, technology, retail, industrial, and healthcareDemonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation Experience working with AI tools and systems Expert use of project management tools Knowledge of construction processes and building codesProficiency in project management software and toolsJLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.
