Overview

Genmab is seeking a Senior Programming Manager to lead programming activities for complex clinical trials, ensuring consistency and excellence in deliverables. This role involves contributing to enterprise standards, supporting regulatory submissions, and acting as a subject matter expert in CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership for complex trials or multiple trials
  • Drive consistency across trials and contribute to enterprise standards
  • Act as CDISC/regulatory subject matter expert
  • Support major Standards/Systems/Process capability initiatives
  • Oversee programming activities in support of regulatory submissions
  • Shape proposals for the governance board

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environments
  • Skilled SAS programmer with strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM models
  • Proficient in analytical and coding practices
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and planning skills
  • Oncology submission experience preferred
