Overview

As a Senior Program Manager in the Global Facilities Tool Installation team at Micron, you will oversee the planning, development, and operation of the company's manufacturing network. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with global standards and facilitate the successful execution of Tool Installation programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct U.S. Facilities Tool Installation efforts for fab startups and greenfield ramp enablement
  • Partner with Global Procurement and site teams on Facilities TI RFPs and contracting strategy
  • Coordinate global Tool Installation progress tracking and timely risk escalation
  • Build and maintain regional installation duration benchmarks
  • Develop annual Tool Installation strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Conduct BKM gap analyses and guide implementation across the network
  • Provide data analytics and executive-level summaries to support risk management
  • Support standardized cost visibility and budget integration

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities
  • Practical understanding of facilities tool installation and cleanroom principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AutoCAD (2D), Revit (3D), Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
