Overview

As a Senior Program Manager in Micron's Global Facilities Tool Installation team, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of manufacturing network projects. This role emphasizes strong global communication and collaboration, guiding Tool Installation programs while ensuring strategic alignment with best practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct U.S. Facilities Tool Installation efforts for future fab startups and greenfield projects.
  • Partner with Global Procurement on Facilities TI RFPs and support contracting strategies.
  • Coordinate global Tool Installation progress tracking and achieve timely reporting.
  • Develop annual Tool Installation strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Conduct BKM gap analyses and ensure consistent implementation across facilities.
  • Provide data analytics and executive-level summaries to highlight improvement opportunities.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, preferably in 300mm environments.
  • Practical understanding of facilities tool installation and cleanroom principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
