In this role, you will lead land surveying projects, utilizing advanced technology and precise techniques to gather accurate spatial data. Your expertise will support land development, civil engineering, and construction projects, ensuring all surveys meet regulatory standards and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, while contributing to impactful projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Senior Professional Surveyor, in charge of all survey projects and crew management. Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technicians Coordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are met Prepare detailed survey plans, schematics, and drawings using Carlson Survey software and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Collaborate with other licensed surveyors and civil engineers to develop plats and schematics that support design and construction phases. xibtplm Maintain compliance with minimum survey standards, safety standards, and requirements throughout all surveying activities. Perform QA/QC on survey data, calculations, and final deliverables Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for survey projects Build and maintain client relationships, with the opportunity to contribute to business development efforts over time QUALIFICATIONS West Virginia Professional Land Surveyor (PS/PLS) license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity) Additional State licensures are a plus 10 + Years of Survey Experience Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, and other survey data processing software (e.g., Trimble Business Center) Deep understanding of GPS/GNSS, control networks, and modern survey methods Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectationsPay: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insuranceExperience: Land surveying: 10 years (Required)License/Certification: Professional Survey License (Required)Work Location: In person
