Overview

Smile Digital Health is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support their mission for better global health through innovative healthcare data solutions. This role will involve engaging with stakeholders to gather market intelligence, shaping marketing strategies, and contributing to the company's growth in a complex health data landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and run a structured Voice of the Customer research program
  • Conduct qualitative interviews with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders
  • Produce semi-annual Market Intelligence reports on trends and market opportunities
  • Maintain Source of Truth documents for key market segments and customer insights
  • Define and maintain User and Buyer personas for core market segments
  • Translate market intelligence into structured inputs for marketing and product strategy
  • Identify emerging regulatory requirements and growth opportunities
  • Leverage AI tooling for market insights and marketing artifacts

Required skills

  • 8+ years in Product Marketing or Market Intelligence
  • Experience in SaaS or Healthcare IT
  • Ability to design and execute a VOC or market research program
  • Knowledge of health data and interoperability landscape
  • Working knowledge of health data standards (HL7 FHIR) is a plus
  • Strong field research and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business or related field
