Partner with architects and engineering to make sound implementation decisions and deliver high-quality releases. Establish instrumentation, baselines, and reporting for platform performance, adoption, and reliability. Enable responsible externalization of eventing capabilities, including developer-facing documentation and guardrails. Communicate vision and outcomes clearly to leadership and partner teams. WHO YOU ARE 5+ years in product management with experience on platform/infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems. Proven track record driving system efficiency (e.g., compute optimization, reducing data transfer, improving signaling) with quantified results. Comfortable engaging in technical discussions on messaging/event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing. Strong stakeholder management and "social presence"; able to influence across teams and geographies. Excellent written and verbal communication with crisp specs, prioritization, and metrics-driven decision-making.
