Overview

Crown City Escrow Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Processor/Escrow Officer to join their team in Coronado, California. This role involves coordinating with realtors, loan officers, and other professionals to assist clients through the closing process in real estate transactions, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officers
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
  • Monitor compliance with contracts and comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
  • Perform administrative tasks

Required skills

  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience closing escrow transactions
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, loan process, title insurance, and escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer software, including title and escrow software
  • Bilingual communication in Spanish is a plus
