Overview

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Engineer for the Ambulatory Operations Improvement team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity using data-driven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. The engineer will mentor other team members, lead cross-functional initiatives, and create reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
