Overview

Micron is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to drive the development and optimization of processes in semiconductor manufacturing. This role involves collaboration with multi-functional teams to improve product quality, process yield, and productivity while addressing manufacturing line challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive yield improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements
  • Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues
  • Utilize project management skills to meet project milestones
  • Analyze and improve statistical process control (SPC) metrics

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training purposes
