Job Description

Overview

The Senior Principal Sub-Assembly Integrated Product Team Lead will be responsible for managing the value stream capacity activities for a Naval Power Product Line at Raytheon. This includes overseeing test equipment integration, factory optimization, and supplier capacity growth while leading teams to ensure effective execution of Transition To Production projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development and integration to delivery.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and failure investigation activities to achieve Manufacturing Verification Testing.
  • Develop requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage design, development, and systems integration activities.
  • Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in coordination with program leadership.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Ten years of prior relevant experience.
  • Integration experience with hardware, software, and/or firmware.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft products.
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification.
  • Active U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.
