Job Description

Overview

The Senior Principal Guidance Section (GS) Technical Lead at Raytheon will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers in the development and integration of electronic systems. This role emphasizes technical guidance, project management, and collaboration with suppliers and customers, focusing on RF systems and subsystems.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team through product development and ensure technical integrity of the GS.
  • Develop and validate Technical Data Package (TDP) and manage technical risks.
  • Conduct failure investigations and support component-level design and test reviews.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers in lab or field environments.
  • Guide the team through phases of the hardware systems lifecycle, including design, analysis, and testing.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF product design and support.
  • Expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics design.
  • Experience in RF sub-systems, systems engineering, and requirement development.
  • Familiarity with mixed signal electronics and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
  • Strong interpersonal and technical leadership skills.
