Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst at Carl Buddig & Company will play a critical role in leading enterprise-wide pricing strategy and profitability analysis within the Finance team. This position involves collaborating across departments to enhance pricing initiatives, develop profitability models, and provide insights that support informed decision-making and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate pricing initiatives across the organization.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with financial objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing decisions for products.
  • Own and enhance customer and product profitability reporting.
  • Analyze profitability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the development and standardization of profitability models.
  • Manage and integrate large datasets for robust analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing insights.
  • Establish and maintain pricing governance processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and profitability analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders.
