Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst at Carl Buddig & Company will play a pivotal role in driving the company's pricing strategy and profitability analysis across various departments. This full-time position requires collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve pricing initiatives and support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate pricing initiatives across the organization.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned to financial objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing decisions for new products and bids.
  • Enhance customer and product profitability reporting.
  • Analyze profitability across customers, products, and channels.
  • Manage and integrate large datasets for robust analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing insights with business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain pricing governance and process improvements.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI and ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders.
