Howell-Chase Heating & Air is seeking a Senior Plumbing Technician to join their team in Bluffton, SC. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems for residential customers while ensuring compliance with codes and high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water heater failures.
  • Install and replace plumbing systems and components according to local codes and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential plumbing issues.
  • Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records and utilize company software for scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members for timely job completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety protocols and uphold company standards on job sites.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of plumbing service and repair experience
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing codes and blueprints
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with HVAC-connected plumbing systems (preferred)
  • Certifications in specialized areas (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
