Overview

Micron is seeking a Senior Photolithography Semiconductor Process Engineer to support its expansion in semiconductor manufacturing in Boise, ID. This role focuses on developing and optimizing photolithography processes to enhance product quality and efficiency, while collaborating with multi-functional teams to solve production issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality
  • Drive yield improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement
  • Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues
  • Use project management skills to meet milestones related to yield and production
  • Manage and improve statistical process control charts

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Data Science and programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training
