Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Photolithography Semiconductor Process Engineer to join their Boise expansion team amidst a historic $15 billion investment in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves developing and optimizing processes to enhance product quality and improve efficiency, with a focus on driving yield improvements and resolving manufacturing challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive process yield improvements and cost reductions
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to address and resolve production issues
  • Use project management skills to achieve project milestones related to yield and defectivity
  • Analyze and improve statistical process control (SPC) charts

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming
