Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to join their expanding team in Boise, Idaho. The role involves developing and optimizing processes to enhance product quality and improve yield, while collaborating with various engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues in the semiconductor production environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive yield improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements
  • Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to troubleshoot production issues
  • Use project management skills to complete project milestones
  • Manage and drive improvements across statistical process control (SPC) charts

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Photolithography
  • BS or Master's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training
