Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to be a key player in their semiconductor manufacturing expansion in Kuna, Idaho. This role focuses on the startup, development, and optimization of photolithography processes to enhance product quality and drive efficiency improvements in semiconductor production.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive improvements in product quality, yield, and cost reduction
  • Resolve manufacturing line problems in collaboration with multi-functional teams
  • Utilize project management skills to meet project milestones
  • Enhance statistical process control (SPC) metrics

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience in Photolithography as a Process Owner
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training
