Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer for their Boise, ID location, as they expand their semiconductor manufacturing capabilities. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of Photolithography equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality semiconductor components.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and qualify Photolithography equipment in the new cleanroom
  • Sustain Photolithography equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
  • Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment-related production issues
  • Use project management skills to meet project milestones and address equipment deficiencies
  • Establish vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive equipment metrics
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience as Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment
  • BS or Master's in Engineering or equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years industry experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
