Overview

Micron is seeking a Senior Photo Process Engineer to join their Boise expansion team, focused on improving product quality and driving process yield improvements in semiconductor manufacturing. This role will involve collaboration with multi-functional teams to tackle process issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive yield improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements
  • Resolve manufacturing line problems
  • Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to address production issues
  • Use project management skills to complete project milestones
  • Monitor and drive improvements across SPC charts

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming
