Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Photo Process Engineer to join their Boise facility, which is undergoing significant investment in semiconductor manufacturing. This role involves developing and optimizing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency, particularly in DRAM development.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Improve product quality and drive yield improvements
  • Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues
  • Use project management skills to meet project milestones
  • Drive improvements across all statistical process control charts
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle process challenges

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training
