Overview

Wesley Group is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and support HR functions. This role requires expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, and will contribute to a collaborative team environment, emphasizing accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for all Wesley companies, ensuring accurate compensation.
  • Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes in ADP.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment and reporting of payroll taxes.
  • Review and correct payroll tax discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage 401(k) contributions and oversee year-end compliance.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and facilitate audits as needed.
  • Monitor employee inquiries and process new hire, termination, and change forms.
