Overview

Wesley Group is seeking a detail-driven Senior Payroll and HR Specialist to oversee payroll operations and support the Human Resources team. This full-time position will be based in Franklin, TN, and is ideal for someone who values accuracy, compliance, and collaboration within a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for all companies, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  • Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes in ADP.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment and reporting of payroll taxes.
  • Manage the 401(k) contribution and loan process and oversee year-end compliance and audits.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and ensure compliance with payroll laws.
  • Monitor the HR inbox for employee inquiries and process relevant forms.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processing software and systems.

  • Minimum of five years of payroll administration and HR experience.
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems strongly preferred.
