This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in video production, sound and video management, post-production and coordination of multimedia projects, while actively contributing to the visibility and consistency of our brand image. In this role, you will be central to the digital experience of our colleagues and clients by translating strategic messages into engaging, modern and high-quality visual experiences. Your job Produce digital events and video content by operating the control room, ensuring the technical breakdown and logistical coordination of the various stakeholders. Capture, lighting, sound and post-production for in-house and external productions, produced in the studio or in an outdoor environment. Manage sound recording, audio mixing and broadcast systems during live events to ensure optimal technical quality. Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual approaches aligned with the brand image and communication objectives. Support and collaborate with internal and external partners during broadcasts on different platforms, by carrying out the technical tests required to ensure a smooth experience. Optimize and deploy technological improvements to equipment and production systems in conjunction with technology teams. Prerequisites 5 to 7 years of experience in multimedia production, studio and event environment Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software for production and post-production. Good knowledge of video post-production tools, including DAVinci, Resolve or equivalent software. Hands-on experience managing multimedia projects simultaneously with several stakeholders Be available for occasional travel.
