Motto Mortgage Legacy Group is seeking a motivated Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to support borrowers throughout the mortgage process in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves guiding clients through their financing options, managing loan applications, and ensuring timely communication with processing and underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Review borrower applications and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Educate clients on loan terms, timelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage loan files from application through to closing with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with real estate professionals to support mutual clients.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance.
