The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon Missile Defense products. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TEE products are located in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments utilized for weapon system product verification, qualification, test data analysis, and production test solution development. TEE has job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and sustainment. TEE is seeking Senior Mechanical Engineers to design, develop, document, and sustain complex test environment systems supporting all Raytheon effector products. In this role, you will also support and mentor less experienced engineers while contributing across all phases of the test equipment engineering lifecycle-from initial design through long-term sustainment. This role is 100% onsite in Tucson, AZ.What You Will DoCreate mechanical test systems used across advanced environments-vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, electro optical, etc.Build and validate test solutions that deliver high accuracy and reliability in demanding production settingsDiagnose production issues and recommend design improvements that elevate system performance Support and coach less experienced engineers while contributing to all phases of the test equipment engineering lifecycle, from design to sustainment.
