Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Management at Capital One will lead the strategy and delivery of customer-facing open banking experiences specifically for Small Business card customers. This role emphasizes the integration of AI in developing solutions that enhance customer experiences and support smarter business decision-making in a rapidly evolving market.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and delivery of open banking experiences for Small Business card customers.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, business, marketing, and legal teams to implement these experiences.
  • Shape the open banking roadmap considering market and regulatory changes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with quantitative concentration
  • Experience with AI tools and environments for product development
  • Ability to translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
