Overview

As the Senior Manager of Partner Implementation at Intuit, you will architect the implementation engine for the company's Value Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem. Leading a team of Partner Implementation Consultants, your mission is to create a scalable onboarding process while ensuring technical integrity for a network of partners delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of technical implementors, ensuring continuous upskilling
  • Oversee VAR program governance, certification, and partner onboarding standards
  • Serve as the senior technical contact for high-stakes implementations
  • Strategically assign team resources based on technical complexity and firm scale
  • Govern documentation library and implementation playbooks for quality standards
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership for seamless transitions

Required skills

  • 10+ years in technical implementations, management consulting, or professional services
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-touch technical teams
  • Expert knowledge in multi-entity accounting, COA/GL mapping, and data migration
  • Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
  • Experience with managing technical service delivery through third-party partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to escalation architecture
  • Excellent executive communication skills and presence
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40% for on-site support during high-complexity events
