Overview

The Senior Manager, Partner Implementation at Intuit is responsible for leading a specialized team that enhances the onboarding process for Value Added Resellers (VARs) within the company's implementation engine. This role focuses on establishing scalable processes and maintaining the technical integrity of the partner network to ensure high-quality IES implementations.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of technical implementors
  • Oversee partner certification and onboarding standards
  • Serve as the senior technical contact for high-stakes implementations
  • Strategically assign resources based on technical complexity
  • Own the documentation and quality standards for technical implementation
  • Track metrics such as go-live failure rates and escalation rates
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Customer Success teams

Required skills

  • 10+ years of experience in technical implementations or professional services
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams
  • Expert understanding of multi-entity accounting and data migration logic
  • Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
  • Experience managing technical service delivery through partners
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to navigate complex technical challenges
