Overview

At Intuit, the Senior Manager, Partner Customer Success will build and lead a team of Partner Customer Success Managers (PCSMs), ensuring high-value accounting partnerships transition to maximum efficiency and adoption of the Intuit ecosystem. This role focuses on driving strategic growth, optimizing partner engagements, and acting as an advocate for accountant needs within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead team in transitioning firms from "newly onboarded" to "fully optimized".
  • Coach the team to build scalable "train-the-trainer" enablement programs.
  • Drive accountability for Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) through proactive expansion.
  • Mentor PCSMs on navigating complex partnership lifecycles and Business Reviews.
  • Translate feedback from high-scale users into actionable insights for product development.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between Sales and Product teams.
  • Monitor usage trends and implement strategies for account retention and health governance.

Required skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 3+ years leading teams in a high-touch B2B or SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of accounting and mid-market firm workflows
  • Proven ability to drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior accounting leadership
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
