Overview

The Senior Manager of Human Resources is a fully remote position for a premier law firm, requiring specialized HR experience within the legal sector. This role involves strategic oversight of HR functions and leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer while focusing on talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition lifecycle and ensure EEO compliance in hiring
  • Co-own employment law compliance and policy development
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the HR department and firm leadership
  • Manage the annual performance review cycle and compensation planning
  • Oversee HR operations and support benefits administration
  • Collaborate with leadership to attract and retain diverse talent
  • Develop and present HR metrics to management
