Senior Manager FP&A 3 Month Contract Responsibilities Financial Advisory - Advise assigned business unit(s) and senior finance leadership on financial planning, analysis, and business growth. Present business cases and propose solutions to enhance profitability. Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the annual budget process, challenging key assumptions and ensuring an accurate forecast with buy-in from key stakeholders. Support variance analysis against budget, forecast, and strategic plans. Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close packages and supporting narratives. Ensure internal reports are accurate and delivered on time. Team Leadership - Recruit, coach, and supervise team members. Provide financial guidance and analytical support to peers and direct reports. Projects & Audit - Lead special projects including profitability studies and system initiatives. Liaise with internal and external auditors and respond to information requests. Requirements CPA designation and/or MBA required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and write formal recommendations. Advanced MS Excel; Hyperion and SQL strongly preferred; Qlik a plus. Proven FP&A experience - forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis - with strong business acumen and the ability to manage tight deadlines and lead change.
