Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition This job leads the direction and execution of the organization's recruitment processes. They drive efforts to optimize and streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability. The Senior Manager analyzes data from multiple sources to make informed decisions, effectively communicating complex information and presenting various options. They utilize best practices and knowledge of industry trends to continuously improve Talent Acquisition services. Collaboration with senior leaders, peers, and internal partners is essential, and they manage large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives to support the organization's growth and success.Essential Responsibilities:Leads large and complex cross-functional and cross-organizational recruiting projects and programs with high visibilityDesigns, evaluates, and selects process and service improvements based on thorough understanding of business needs and industry trendsDevelops new procedures, processes, and standards for Talent Acquisition to improve operating effectiveness, creating better candidate experience and efficiency in recruiting processIdentifies and resolves unique situations of substantial significance, requiring conceptual and creative thinking to develop solutions to complex problems with broad impact on the business; appropriately challenges the status quo with solutionsLeverages knowledge of external trends and evolving practices to guide decisions and make recommendations on how trends may be operationalized at PayPalViewed as a key advisor and influencer of overall Talent Acquisition strategyStrong influence on how PayPal identifies and invests in talent pipelineProactively identifies and participates in the resolution of complex problems that impact the direction of PayPal's talent pipeline and candidate experienceDevelops and delivers innovative strategies that benefit hiring managersLeads major projects which impact Talent Acquisition or assigned business unitCollaborates with customers, peers, account leaders and internal and external partnersMinimum Qualifications:8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications :- executive search firm experienceSubsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
