The Senior Manager - Digital Assurance & Audit position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP involves overseeing and managing audit projects focusing on IT assurance and risk analysis. The role requires substantial experience in IT control frameworks and project management as part of SOX compliance efforts, along with significant client interaction and travel.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare risk analyses over various IT environments for SOX financial statement audits
  • Utilize IT control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ITIL
  • Manage and develop project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules for audits
  • Work with current and emerging technologies including Oracle Database, SAP, and web development tools

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a rel
  • 6 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years post-bachelor's
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent accepted with 4 years of work experience
  • CPA or CISA certification required
  • Experience with risk analysis, IT control frameworks, and project management
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database, SAP, UNIX, Linux, virtualization, and security technologies

  • Salary range of $188,000 - $232,000 per year
