Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development for its Factor for Business division. This hybrid role based in New York City will focus on scaling sales efforts by optimizing inbound channels and executing outbound experiments to drive significant growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle for high-value accounts, ensuring rapid response and high conversion rates
  • Design and execute outbound prospecting sprints to identify high-performing verticals and messaging
  • Build and optimize inbound sales infrastructure, including automated lead routing and CRM workflows
  • Define strategic rules to transition high-potential self-serve users into formal agreements
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for future hiring based on inbound and outbound results

Required skills

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience (Full-Cycle)
  • Technical proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in a '0-to-1' environment defining sales motions
  • Strong data analysis and process-oriented mindset
