Overview

Natera's Therapeutics & Innovations group is pioneering the use of AI, genomics, and multimodal data to enhance precision medicine. They are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Strategy & Operations to support diverse initiatives and improve collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional programs across R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics in AI, genomics, and therapeutics
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms and track priorities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives
