Overview

Cornerstone First Mortgage is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to join their Miami team. The ideal candidate will provide white-glove service in closing mortgages, while pursuing growth opportunities in a supportive environment led by experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for title companies, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters to facilitate timely loan closings
  • Create and maintain mortgage loan files, and order necessary third-party documentation for residential home loans
  • Verify accuracy of loan documentation and provide it to underwriters for approval
  • Gather and clear borrower conditions as required

Required skills

  • Understanding of Non-QM, Conventional, FHA, VA loans
  • Ability to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents
