Overview

Atwood Mortgage is seeking a Senior Loan Partner to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is for an individual who has solid mortgage experience and is looking to shift into a more operational-focused position. The Senior Loan Partner will work closely with the Broker/Owner to manage loan files and contribute to the growth of the business by building relationships and managing events.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients after initial consultations
  • Set up loan files in ARIVE and manage daily pipeline tracking
  • Issue pre-approval letters and handle under-contract setups
  • Strengthen Realtor relationships and build a referral network
  • Attend and help organize industry events and training sessions
  • Manage the Broker/Owner's calendar and assist with email triage
  • Coordinate content production for marketing efforts

Required skills

  • 3+ years of mortgage experience as LOA, processor, underwriter, or former loan officer
  • Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
  • Ability to calculate various income types and identify potential issues
  • Experience with ARIVE or similar loan origination software
  • NMLS-licensed or willing to obtain within 90 days
  • Strong communication skills and ability to closely follow up with leads

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience
  • Closing bonus of $150 per file contributed to
  • Realistic year-one total compensation of $85,000 - $100,000
