This role offers significant autonomy and substantive litigation responsibility across depositions, hearings, motion practice, mediations, and trial work.This position involves managing active FLSA class and collective action matters, taking high-level depositions, arguing dispositive motions, developing disputed records through discovery and investigation, and participating directly in settlement and trial strategy.
