Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Lithography Process Engineer to join their Boise team as they undergo a significant investment in semiconductor manufacturing. This role focuses on developing and optimizing photolithography processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency in semiconductor production.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality
  • Drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement
  • Resolve manufacturing line problems
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement process solutions
  • Use project management skills to achieve project milestones
  • Improve statistical process control (SPC) metrics

Required skills

  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within Photolithography
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training
