Overview

The Senior IT Solutions Manager - Operations at Bel Brands USA is responsible for designing and optimizing IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency across purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Vice President of IT, this role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to align technological initiatives with business goals and support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize IT systems and processes
  • Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and operations stakeholders
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Serve as primary contact for operational technology solutions
  • Ensure stable and reliable IT systems through monitoring and analysis
  • Participate in global initiatives affecting operations
  • Oversee IT and operations project portfolio management
  • Lead full lifecycle of IT solution implementation
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field
  • 8+ years IT leadership experience in Manufacturing or CPG industry
  • Experience with implementing ERP and Supply Chain planning solutions, preferably SAP
  • Strong project management and vendor management experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Base salary of $170,000 - $180,000
