Job Description

Overview

CF Industries is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to support the Tax Department in U.S. international income tax compliance and reporting. The role requires collaboration within a multinational manufacturing environment to ensure tax compliance and risk management regarding the company's operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare U.S. International Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 along with related forms and statements
  • Prepare Form 1118 and the 8990 series forms for FDII, GILTI, BEAT, and related calculations
  • Assist in maintaining and modeling earnings and profits and PTEP attributes
  • Prepare local country income tax return filings, including Country-by-Country Reports
  • Assist with international and U.S. international income tax examinations
  • Conduct tax research for changes impacting foreign subsidiaries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Assist with internal controls efforts under Sarbanes Oxley

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required, with preference for advanced tax degree or JD
  • Minimum of 3 years of international tax experience in multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. income tax principles regarding U.S. and international operations
  • Working knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting
  • Experience with SAP general ledger system or financial consolidations software
  • Experience with tax compliance software and/or OneSource Tax Provision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
