Overview

Extrusion Control & Supply is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team in Waukesha, WI. This role focuses on driving sales and maintaining customer relationships in the extrusion industry, leveraging technical knowledge and a customer-centric approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Generate quotes and proposals for parts and components
  • Support the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment
  • Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the CRM system
  • Track sales activities and produce performance reports
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and industry trends
  • Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience in industrial distribution
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Technical degree or higher education preferred
  • Familiarity with extrusion industry products and applications
  • Experience using advanced quoting tools or ERP systems
