Job Description

Overview

The Senior HRIS Workday Analyst will lead the evolution of Workday within a globally recognized, high-growth company. This role involves direct collaboration with leadership across HR, IT, and Finance to enhance data integration and advanced analytics that inform critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Own Workday architecture, configuration, and ongoing system optimization
  • Administer Core HCM including business processes, security, and calculated fields
  • Build and maintain integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and 15Five
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions (Prism, People Analytics)
  • Lead Workday releases including testing, deployment, and feature enhancements
  • Translate business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions

Required skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
  • Strong expertise in Core HCM and related modules (Comp, Benefits, Time Tracking)
  • Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, Studio, EIB)
  • Proficiency in SQL and exposure to scripting (Python or JavaScript)
  • Experience with data pipelines/ETL tools and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of Workday security architecture and IAM tools (e.g., Okta)
