Job Description

Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing HRIS systems within a stable manufacturing organization. This position will involve collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, focusing on continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and mentoring junior analysts.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and enhance SAP HRIS systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams to optimize system processes and workflows
  • Analyze and resolve complex HRIS issues and system defects
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and implementations
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting and data integrity processes

Required skills

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably within SAP environments
  • Strong experience supporting HR systems, reporting, and integrations
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system issues
  • Prior exposure to system implementations or upgrades
