Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Assist with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes by providing actionable financial insights. Perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain business performance. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for leadership. Develop presentations and financial reporting packages for senior management. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar finance role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Compensation: $100K - $110K Base + Bonus
