Overview

Aramark is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join their LifeWorks team in San Jose, California. This role focuses on driving and scaling strategic marketing initiatives across a diverse West Coast portfolio, requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution within various environments such as cafés and events. Candidates should be prepared for approximately 70% travel and must be present in the Bay Area five days a week.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate brand and growth strategies into actionable marketing programs.
  • Lead a Marketing Champion Network to drive execution consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with goals.
  • Conduct training for site leaders and front-line teams on brand standards.
  • Create and maintain toolkits and event setup guides to support field execution.
  • Establish reporting tools to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop presentations and storytelling assets for clients and leadership.
  • Provide on-site support for café launches and special events.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits and gather feedback to enhance on-site experiences.

Required skills

  • 8-10+ years in field marketing, brand marketing, or hospitality marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience in contract dining services or multi-unit hospitality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of social and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70%.
